Found a real gem of a technician with Steven B! Called with Heating issues and NH Ross got someone out the same day – talk about responsive. Steven showed right up on time and immediately put my mind at ease. What stood out was how thorough he was in both diagnosing and explaining everything. Instead of just rushing through the job, he took time to walk me through what was going on with my heating unit in terms I could understand. No tech talk or confusing jargon – just clear, helpful explanation. Steven ‘s knowledge and professionalism were top-notch. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about doing the job right. He didn’t just fix the problem. He made sure I understood how to prevent issues in the future. Anthony and John were very thorough and detailed in their explanations. Although very expensive compared to other providers, I have greater comfort with their service now that I've been using them for a bit. And I was happy to have them come same day. I still handle the basic stuff but then that affords me the luxury of having the professionals come in once in a while where I just don't have the time. I'll have them back again but have to be careful not to go overboard in the services because it starts to add up.

Jorge, Mario,and Eli were great! They converted my house from oil to gas in two days! They were really careful removing the oil tank in the basement (no easy task), no mess, no damage to the house removing the old and installing the new furnace and water heater. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. A real pleasant experience dealing with everyone from Rich(sales), Joe(inside sales), and the gals that called to let me know the crew was on their way. Job well done!!! P.S. We placed a call to RH Ross to replace a dryer outlet. Matt H. came to our home and upgraded our outlet. He did a whole home assessment that resulted in needing a few upgrades. He also found a problem with our circuit panel, that was concerning. We found Matt to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly and was nice enough to explain details to us. We plan on having more work done by RH Ross and, hope to see Matt again!

I was having trouble with my thermostat after I changed the batteries. Eli, the technician that came out tried very hard to determine the problem. Despite every effort to do so he, was not able determine the cause. He made arrangements for a senior tech to come out next week and follow up. He was very thorough, courteous and professional in trying to determine what was wrong with the thermostat. I will follow up with a final review after next week. But so far so good !

Manager Jon was very professional, courteous and prompt to send Andrew to us quick for our shower issue. Andrew was the most professional, kindest, friendliest person, explaining everything about our drainage issue as well as price etc. I highly recommend NH ROSS! Great job!!

I purchased a gas leak detector on Amazon and used it to check for a potential gas leak inside my house. I also noticed an issue with the gas meter making a clicking sound. I scheduled an appointment with NH Ross, and their office administrator, Paul, was very accommodating, rescheduling my appointment twice because the National Grid technician was delayed. Paul promptly arranged for a same-day visit. Technician Mike arrived and professionally checked the suspected spots using a specialized liquid solution. He confirmed there were no leaks inside the house. The service was prompt, and the fee was reasonable. I will definitely call NH Ross for assistance in the future.

Mike F. did an excellent job of outlining the options to replace my leaking indirect fired oil hot water heater. I decided to go with an electric hot water heater because I don’t care for using oil for domestic hot water. Kevin the electrician did an excellent job running the new service to the water heater and Eli was very informative on the installation of the new electric water heater and explained why water heater was placed further away from the wall where original oil fired heater was. Overall my experience with NH Ross Inc. Has been a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend company personnel showed up on time very professional and worked very clean, removed old water heater and made sure basement was cleaned up after installation 🙂

John from Ross came to our house to fix a leak from a new valve that Ross had installed four days previously. The problem was a broken gasket in the new valve , which John said was a rare occurence. He replaced the gasket, fixing the leak, and his visit was covered under the warranty on the valve. Both John and Mitch (who installed rhe valve) are professionals who had our best interests in mind. We will use Ross for our plumbing needs. Nice job!

Their electrician Matt H. initially spent hours at my house, walking through and assessing all the potential issues. He was able to fix my original video doorbell problem, and was also able to identify major hazards that I was not aware could be a big issue in the future. I didn't feel pressured into doing unnecessary services, but felt more guided and informed of what really needs attention. He was very informative, respectful, courteous, and was a down-to-earth honest visit. Matt does very neat work and really cares about his customer's satisfaction. Although our issue was unique in this case and could not be resolved on site , he performed a thorough evaluation and made a thorough effort to resolve the problem, he proceeded to reschedule as early as possible to assist us the following day. Andrew C from NH Ross came and evaluated the clog in my kitchen sink. He gave me 3 options and explained all of them very clearly. After the job was done he cleaned up and tested to make sure the clog was taken care of.

Matt the electrician spent hours at my house walking through all my potential issues. He was able to fix my original video doorbell problem, but was also able to identify major hazards that I didn't know could be a big issue in the future. I didn't feel pressured into doing unnecessary services, but felt more informed of what needs attention. Very informative, respectful, courteous, and honest visit.
