I want to take this moment to thank NH Ross and their team for taking on such a difficult task. My family has spent the past few years upgrading our home..especially with much of the house having been built poorly. We decided it was time to replace/repair our existing plumbing and heating. Gail was fantastic at keeping us informed as to who would arrive at our home and when they would arrive. First was Mike F., who went over the initial assessment. Unfortunately, he discovered our need for repairs were more dire than 1st predicted. Turned out we needed a whole new plumbing line for the kitchen and bathroom, a new septic line...and a new furnace. However, Rosario arrived later that day and walked us through not only every step of the repairs needed...but went above and beyond to help us secure the financing needed to get everything underway! Eli & Brian H. worked on replacing the old...VERY dated oil furnace with a smaller, quieter propane one. Ty, Anthony & Brian L got to work on removing and upgrading the entire plumbing & septic line...as well as removing the old furnace & oil tank...and Jack installed the final touches on the furnace. Everyone involved with this huge project were very polite & professional...and had no problem explaining every step of the much-needed repairs. We now have a warm home with no leaks..and a dry basement. My family is very thankful to NH Ross and his crew. Thank you for helping us check off 2 more items on our renovation list.

Lost all heat on a Friday, unable to fix that night. Came first thing Monday. Eli and Brian were the techs on Monday, super professional and neat and tidy. Rich was the tech from Friday night, he explained in detail about the process. An expensive weekend but we now have heating, new water tank and air conditioning. Eli walked us around the new fixtures and explained everything.

We had the pleasure of working with Jayson of Ross to review our heating/air conditioning unit. We found Jayson to be most informative and knowledgeable. We highly recommend using ROSS for all your home needs!

I purchased a new home and found their tag on my boiler. Called them late in a Friday night and was greeted by a lovely employee who went out of her way to get me on the schedule for the following day. Jayson my tech arrived on Saturday as promised (I even got a pre arrival text and photo) and was terrific! He listened to my issue, investigated the problem, offered up several solutions and was just great! I signed up for their monthly service contract totally based off my experience with both employees! I’m so glad I found the company and since they’ve serviced this home previously- I know I’m in good hands!

We had Matt H. From Ross come today to help us out with a non-working ceiling fan in our living room which turns out had been incorrectly installed by a former contractor last summer. Matt found the problem and alerted us to the possibility that the entire fan was not mounted right and would fall out soon. He re-mounted it and did a very neat and professional job. Matt was extremely personable and professional. We love this company and have had good experiences with all their technicians, Matt Included.

He was amazing

A brand-new tankless water-heater installed a few days ago by NH Ross was not working properly. Owner Mr. Ross and customer rep (Jill) were very cooperative and communicative in responding to my emergency calls (on a Saturday) and sending Jack (technician) out to diagnose and, if possible, fix the problem. (No hot water). Jack was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful with answering questions and explaining things. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem. I was able to take a long hot shower. Thank you.

Found a real gem of a technician with Steven B! Called with Heating issues and NH Ross got someone out the same day – talk about responsive. Steven showed right up on time and immediately put my mind at ease. What stood out was how thorough he was in both diagnosing and explaining everything. Instead of just rushing through the job, he took time to walk me through what was going on with my heating unit in terms I could understand. No tech talk or confusing jargon – just clear, helpful explanation. Steven ‘s knowledge and professionalism were top-notch. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about doing the job right. He didn’t just fix the problem. He made sure I understood how to prevent issues in the future. Great tech very knowledgeable

Anthony and John were very thorough and detailed in their explanations. Although very expensive compared to other providers, I have greater comfort with their service now that I've been using them for a bit. And I was happy to have them come same day. I still handle the basic stuff but then that affords me the luxury of having the professionals come in once in a while where I just don't have the time. I'll have them back again but have to be careful not to go overboard in the services because it starts to add up.

They were really careful removing the oil tank in the basement (no easy task), no mess, no damage to the house removing the old and installing the new furnace and water heater. A real pleasant experience dealing with everyone from Rich(sales), Joe(inside sales), and the gals that called to let me know the crew was on their way. Job well done!!! P.S. We placed a call to RH Ross to replace a dryer outlet. Matt H. came to our home and upgraded our outlet. He did a whole home assessment that resulted in needing a few upgrades. I was having trouble with my thermostat after I changed the batteries. Eli, the technician that came out tried very hard to determine the problem. Despite every effort to do so he, was not able determine the cause. He made arrangements for a senior tech to come out next week and follow up. He was very thorough, courteous and professional in trying to determine what was wrong with the thermostat. I will follow up with a final review after next week. But so far so good !

Manager Jon was very professional, courteous and prompt to send Andrew to us quick for our shower issue. Andrew was the most professional, kindest, friendliest person, explaining everything about our drainage issue as well as price etc. I highly recommend NH ROSS! Great job!!
