Called with an emergency — a burst hot water heating pipe behind the basement wall. I contacted the office at 10 a.m., and the plumber was onsite within 2 hours. Mike F. was courteous, professional, and confident. He immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it. He made a minimal cut through the sheetrock to access the pipe and was very careful. He has great knowledge of heat boilers and got the system back online perfectly after the repair. Just 4 hours later, the house heat was fully restored and ready for the very cold nights ahead. It wasn’t cheap, but it was absolutely worth it! Communication with the office was excellent before and after the job. Great, efficient work — one very satisfied customer! Highly recommend!

Patrick came out at 7pm to fix a leak in a pipe in our basement. He was courteous, explained everything he would need to do, gave us a quote and got to work. We will definitely be calling on NH Ross and asking for Patrick to deal with any future plumbing issues.

I used NH Ross this past summer to replace two air-conditioning units and from the start of the process to the end was awesome and today I needed some plumbing work done around the house and once again technician was on point they were spectacular

Mini split install, great experience. Bryan, the Tech, and Paul (electrician) awesume. Pricing surprisingly good for a large outfit.
