I recently converted my house from oil heat to gas heat. NH Ross has been great throughout the process. They were very accommodating to my schedule. All of the workers were excellent. Artie in particular has done a great job. He was extremely neat and cleaned everything when the job was done. There was nothing for me to do when he finished. He reviewed everything with me and answered all questions that I had. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I would highly recommend NH Ross. Neal has a great crew that he should be very proud of.

Based on recent service call and quote for entire tankless system I give NH Ross a solid 5 rating. Both the technician, John, and sales rep., Jose were courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Our cast iron boiler did the job for the last 23 years, however, recently the unit was costing us money so with the guidance of John @ Jose and some research we opted to go with the tankless system. This is an investment so prepare to spend some bucks but based on everything I was told these systems are worth the outlay. Installation is tomorrow so hopefully I will add additional positive comments. 🤞🙏

I appreciated that he printed out everything for me and the options they had for work to be done in the future. I recommend this company 100%. Cole took great care of us! Respectful and friendly and expedient and explained everything to us in a very easy to understand the manner and broke down costs and even reduced some of them with some nice package options for work we had done

Awesome service. Ty was very knowledgeable with his work. He was neat, comprehensive, and courteous. This service was for a free annual heating inspection that is included with the Anchor Club membership, and flush. This again is a good example of the quality service and people NH Ross offers.

Great experience with Mike F. I had called several plumbers and couldn’t get a response, but they got back to me right away and scheduled service quickly. Mike repaired my bathtub faucet and sink efficiently, and everything was completed the same day. Professional, reasonably priced, and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!

Gayle at dispatch was incredibly kind and immediately prioritized us the moment she heard we had live exposed wires. Paul and Cole showed up in 20 minutes — twenty! — diagnosed everything on the spot, explained it clearly, and were honestly just a blast to have around. We brought in John the plumber for a leak and he was just as fast, just as great. I liked them all so much I signed up for their inspection subscription before they even left. When they needed extra parts, I'll admit I thought here we go, they're gone forever. Nope. They stayed. Christian arrived in a flash, installed everything so quickly I barely noticed, and just like that, every single thing was handled, same day, one visit. Gayle. Paul. Cole. John. Christian. Every person was phenomenal. NH Ross has a customer for life. 🙌

A step above everyone else. Very easy and fast to make an appointment and they reach out when their are cancellations to try and get your problem solved faster which is a definite plus especially for people who have alot going on every day. Patrick was our tech and he did a great job, excellent knowledge of the trade and fixed the problem correctly and in a timely fashion. Would recommend N.H. Ross and Patrick to anyone 100% Waived consultation fee if you use them to make the repairs needed which is a great deal. No Brainer

Paul is a very good electrician. He installed smoke detectors in all our bedrooms and in the basement. He replaced a bad outlet in the bedroom.

Paul did a magnificent job.

Called with an emergency — a burst hot water heating pipe behind the basement wall. I contacted the office at 10 a.m., and the plumber was onsite within 2 hours. Mike F. was courteous, professional, and confident. He immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it. He made a minimal cut through the sheetrock to access the pipe and was very careful. He has great knowledge of heat boilers and got the system back online perfectly after the repair. Just 4 hours later, the house heat was fully restored and ready for the very cold nights ahead. It wasn’t cheap, but it was absolutely worth it! Communication with the office was excellent before and after the job. Great, efficient work — one very satisfied customer! Highly recommend!

Patrick came out at 7pm to fix a leak in a pipe in our basement. He was courteous, explained everything he would need to do, gave us a quote and got to work. We will definitely be calling on NH Ross and asking for Patrick to deal with any future plumbing issues.

After you make your appointment, they will call and text you to give you reminders of your upcoming appointments and status update on the day of your appointment. We had an absolutely disaster loss of power during the coldest time of the year during the worst snow storm we have had in 7 years. They came out accessed the damage and we needed a full panel replacement. Got it done the next day ensuring my house would have heat in time to prevent any real damage to it. They were fast curious upfront about costs and efficient in getting the work done. Mike D in particular did a fantastic job and I would highly recommended this company and especially mike if you have any electric work to be done. I know i will use him again for sure and request him. They come and take care of you in an emergency its all you can ask for.

Todd was fantastic! He diagnosed the issue and tried everything in his power to fix my boiler on the spot but unfortunately because SCWA had a water main break and all the asphalt sand dirt and debris went into my heater coil it was permanently clogged forcing me to have to replace the part. Tood said he will come back to install the new part as soon as it comes in so he can get us back hot water for our appliances. Very nice understanding and compassionate!!

We are NH Ross customers and had an electrical and plumbing inspection today. Each of the Ross technicians, Mike and Ty C., were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We received recommend repairs at a reasonable fee. My husband and I appreciate the hard work and care performed by each technician.

One word to describe this company would be honest. Other would be professional. I had them come out to give me estimates for running wire for the heat pump. They were very thorough and did not try to sell me the job. Highly recommend them for electrical, heating or cooling work.

Paul Palermo, the electrician from NH Ross, came to help solve an issue happening with our HVAC system. His role was to inspect the wiring and electrics around the house to try and eliminate if that was the cause of the issue. Eventually, he concluded it wasn’t the source of our problem here. However he noticed several abnormalities with our voltage that I have to report to my power company. Overall, Paul was a really nice guy, sharp, courteous and professional. I was so grateful he knew his business, even though the larger problem was not rectified yet.. He didn’t just do the work, but did some nifty teaching of how our electric panels functioned. So I received a bit of an education while he was here. He replaced a wire in our thermostat as well. He worked fast and non-intrusively. Finally, he gave me some helpful quotes for upgrading my electric panels. He provided some impressive discounts in those offers. A very good experience with this electrician.

Did a good job adding a new R19 valve

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ NH Ross saved us on Christmas Eve. Our furnace went out unexpectedly and they came on very short notice and got everything fixed quickly and professionally. Eli and Brian were fantastic — knowledgeable, calm, and clearly experienced. They took the time to explain what was wrong, worked efficiently, and made sure the system was fully up and running before they left. No upselling, no pressure — just solid work when it mattered most. Can’t say enough about how much we appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism, especially on a holiday. Highly recommend NH Ross and especially Eli and Brian.

I had no heat for 2 days using an electric heater To Keep me warm he diagnosed my boiler and found what was the problem and it was the transformer and a fuse Jake J Fixed the problem I was having I thank him so much doing a great job made me happy and my wife I would recommend this company highly I gave them 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Everyone we have worked with there has been exceptional from day one. We have built a personal rapport with some of the staff as well as some of the technicians who have frequented our home and we can say with certainty that they truly care about their customers. Staff members like Joan, Jill, Gail, Joe, Brian, and a few more whose names I know I’m missing (my deepest apologies for that - I will add them in at a later date), all make you feel welcomed, and supported with every phone call. As for our experiences with the technicians and the results they have achieved in our home, we can confidently say that their expertise & professionalism are top notch! Based on our personal experiences, we can say that in particular, Jayson C. & Paul P. (electricians) are both outstanding and experts that are highly skilled at their trade as I’m sure many others that we haven’t met within the company yet are as well. Jayson & Paul are both exceptional problem solvers, confident in their knowledge and most importantly they get the job done right every single time. Honest to God, NH Ross is the whole package. This time, Paul was our electrician, and he was outstanding from start to finish. Paul spent several hours thoroughly going through our entire home and truly covered all the bases. He was incredibly knowledgeable and caught things we never would have noticed on our own. For example, we had hardwired smoke detectors that were still functioning, so we assumed they were fine. Paul explained that even hardwired detectors need to be replaced every ten years, and ours were well beyond that. He replaced all of them and made sure everything was up to date and safe. He also checked outlets and performed a full assessment of the home, making sure everything was in good shape. His attention to detail, focus on safety, and overall expertise were impressive and very reassuring. Beyond his technical skill, Paul is also extremely personable and easy to be around. He explains things clearly, takes the time to answer questions, and genuinely makes the experience comfortable and even enjoyable. He’s a real joy to have in the home. We’ve been consistently happy with this company, and visits like this are exactly why we continue to trust and rely on them. Highly recommend.
